Field Service Technician
Location: Remote in Colorado, Ohio, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Arizona
Compensation: $95k – $120K plus Overtime

About The Role:
We are looking for a mechanically strong Field Service Technician to support commercial and industrial mechanical equipment across North America. This is a true road-warrior role focused on equipment startup, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support at customer facilities. 

You do not need to come in knowing the equipment. The company will invest heavily in training and cross-training across multiple platforms. What matters is a strong commercial HVAC or mechanical foundation, the ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar systems, and the professionalism to walk into a customer facility and represent the company well. 

Unlike a traditional local service role, you will not spend five days a week turning wrenches. Many trips include a travel day, one day onsite, and travel home, although longer startup and service visits occur when needed. Travel typically runs 3-5 days per week for approximately 45 weeks per year. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review newly installed equipment and perform factory authorized startup
• Provide Commissioning support, preventive maintenance, and repairs
• Inspect mechanical installation, electrical wiring, controls, and equipment installation prior to startup 
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls related issues 
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, sequences of operation, and technical specifications 
• Work directly with contractors, plant personnel, engineers, integrators, and end users 
• Prepare detailed service reports including findings, photos, recommendations, and required follow-up 
• Provide hands-on equipment instruction to operators and maintenance personnel 

About You:

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• Stong mechanical apptiude and systematic troubleshooting skills
• Universal Regrigerant License
• Knowlege of heating systesm
• Expereince diagrnosing mechanical, electrical, and controls related issues 
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, sequences of operation, and technical specifications 
• Comfortable working in manufacturing plants, mechanical rooms, and other active industrial enviroments
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to obtain a valid US passport
