About Our Client:
Our client has built a rocket to launch – metaphorically speaking! They had revenues of $30M in 2021, and just closed out 2024 with revenues of $100M. They are growing to $500M with strategic acquisitions to fuel their organic growth.

They manufacture metal products – curbs, curb adapters, economizers, filter racks, etc. They are based in Texas and have recently invested by adding 200,000 sqft of manufacturing space!

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to cover the DFW & Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Eastern Arkansas regions.

90% of the work is done in DFW as that is where the decision makers office. This role is work from home when not in front of customers.

The primary strategy for success is getting buy-in from higher level decision makers and using downward sponsorship from them to the branch level where sales are made.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industries, and will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DFW, Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Eastern Arkansas regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including HVAC wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and metal products used in the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a large territory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
