Regional Sales Manager, Clean Room – Northeast
Location: Remote, Philadelphia preferred
Compensation: Base $160k- $180k | 25% bonus
About The Role:
As the Clean Room Sales Manager, you’ll lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across the life sciences vertical for an established HVAC OEM. You’ll identify and execute strategic sales opportunities with pharma, biotech, diagnostics, and research clients—building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and driving scalable growth across the clean room product portfolio.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to executive leadership, with significant autonomy to shape the commercial future of the life sciences business. Ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives in the life sciences and clean room space
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, and research institutions
  • Own and grow high-value client relationships through consultative selling and value-based engagement
  • Partner with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and customer success
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates to senior leadership
  • Represent voice of customer internally to support product innovation and clean room solution development
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting the life sciences industry
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build pipeline and brand awareness
  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs across pharma, biotech, and research verticals

About You:

  • 5–8 years of progressive sales experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or a related technical B2B environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Strong network and experience working with key accounts in pharma, biotech, research, or diagnostics
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategy accordingly
