Mechanical HVAC Project Manager

Location: Fort Collins, CO

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who can take the lead on HVAC and plumbing system design across a range of commercial and specialty building types. You’ll manage projects from concept through construction, mentor design staff, and collaborate with top-tier clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead mechanical design teams through all phases of a project

• Oversee HVAC and plumbing system design from concept through construction documents

• Ensure quality and coordination across all project deliverables

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

• Review submittals and respond to RFIs during construction

• Conduct site visits as needed (occasional travel)

• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

About you

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical system design and project management

• Experienced in the hospitality and casino industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (PE preferred)

• Strong technical foundation in HVAC and plumbing systems

• Comfortable leading teams and managing deadlines

• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD

• Clear, confident communicator with clients and internal teams

• Passionate about producing high-quality construction documents

• Based in or open to relocation to CO or NV
