Regional Sales Director

Location: Florida (Orlando preferred, Miami acceptable)

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + uncapped earning potential (Year 1 OTE ~$200K)

About the Role: This is a direct-to-owner sales role focused on helping large commercial and institutional facilities extend the life of their existing air handling infrastructure.

You’ll be stepping into a territory with existing customers and active opportunities, while also being responsible for driving new business across key verticals. The role is highly autonomous, travel-driven, and best suited for someone who is comfortable owning their territory and building a pipeline from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across Florida
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business with building owners and facility leadership
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, expanding opportunities over time
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up
  • Sell consultatively into complex facilities, aligning solutions to operational and financial needs
  • Present to a range of stakeholders, from facility teams to executive leadership
  • Navigate longer sales cycles, often tied to capital planning and phased project execution
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project handoff and customer experience

About you:

  • 5–7+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the Owner Direct HVAC Industry | Hard Requirement
  • Proven ability to generate new business while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Experience selling directly to building owners, facility directors, or similar stakeholders
  • Exposure to healthcare, industrial, or government facilities strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, travel-heavy role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Native or near-native Spanish proficiency strongly preferred; candidates will be evaluated on business-level fluency during the interview process
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution strongly preferred; other bachelor’s degrees considered with relevant experience
  • Willingness to be in the field, including site visits that may involve climbing ladders, taking measurements, and working around mechanical equipment
