Compensation: $125k–$155k base plus bonus, car allowance & gas card

About The Role:
This project management role is responsible for leading commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You will manage execution across all phases—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract documents. This is a strong fit for an experienced PM who wants to take on complex work with real autonomy. The team is well-supported with field resources and operational infrastructure, and there is clear opportunity to expand scope and take on broader leadership as performance and workload grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead execution of commercial mechanical construction projects across multiple markets
  • Own project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall execution strategy
  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and equipment buyouts
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor job cost, forecasting, cash flow, and change management to protect margins
  • Track and report labor productivity on a weekly basis and drive corrective action when work falls off plan
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract obligations
  • Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers on the team
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to drive constructability and execution clarity

About You:

  • 8-10 years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects
  • Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
  • Strong understanding of GC-driven project delivery and contractual risk
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multi-project workloads
  • Confident leader capable of directing project teams and field operations
  • Financially disciplined with strong forecasting and cost-control skills
