Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote | Preference in TX, CO, MO, KS, IO, or MN

Compensation: $140k–$150k base with 30% bonus based on bookings.

About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive business growth by developing and supporting a network of independent sales representatives across a defined territory. You’ll lead initiatives to improve rep performance, elevate technical engagement, and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals. This high-impact role comes with significant autonomy.

You’ll be teaming with your distributors/manufacturers reps to drive sales with MEP Design Firms and Contractors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own overall sales responsibility for your designated region
  • Drive growth in the air handler segment
  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan aligned with company-wide objectives
  • Recruit and mentor independent reps to expand market presence
  • Increase product awareness with consulting engineers and project specifiers
  • Promote solutions to installing contractors and help drive basis-of-design wins
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities
  • Work with Sales Application Engineers to ensure accurate quotes and submittals
  • Track and pursue project opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to support reps
  • Act as a resource for technical questions and product application support
  • Partner with operations, sourcing, and engineering to align sales with delivery

About You

  • Proven experience managing a region with +$20M in annual revenue
  • Expereince in Channel Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing business
  • Confident presenting to both small and large audiences
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel up to 40%
