Job Title: <\/strong>Account Executive – Maintenance & Projects<\/p>\n\n About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n As a Sales Professional, you'll play a dual role, driving sales growth in HVAC preventive maintenance agreements and HVAC project solutions. \nOur client has built a rocket to launch – metaphorically speaking! They had revenues of $30M in 2021, and just closed out 2024 with revenues of $100M. They are growing to $500M with strategic acquisitions to fuel their organic growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\nThey manufacture metal products – curbs, curb adapters, economizers, filter racks, etc. They are based in Texas and have recently invested by adding 200,000 sqft of manufacturing space!<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\nJob Description:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to cover the DFW & Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Eastern Arkansas regions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n
\n90% of the work is done in DFW as that is where the decision makers office. This role is work from home when not in front of customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n
\nThe primary strategy for success is getting buy-in from higher level decision makers and using downward sponsorship from them to the branch level where sales are made.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industries, and will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
