Title: Technical Business Development Manager

Location: Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City

Compensation: Base up to 125k | Bonus or Commission Plan

About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for roof curb market. This role will focus on large mechanical rep firms and major distributors to drive revenue and market share. You will work on opportunities at the inception of each roof project to ensure proper fit and function, through post sale client communication.

About You:

• You have prior experience in the curb and curb adapter market 5 years
• You have strong technical acumen and can confidently read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• You have experience working with large mechanical rep firms or within the HVAC/R or related industries.
• You are a problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
• You have excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• You are willing and able to travel as needed to engage with clients and project sites.

What you’ll do:

• Identifying and developing business opportunities within the curb and curb adapter market.
• Engaging with large mechanical rep firms to build relationships and drive sales growth.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure proper fit, function, and installation of curb products.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assisting in the design process as needed.
• Providing troubleshooting support for curb and curb adapter installations.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining a proactive approach to market trends and competitive insights.
