Title of Role: Process Sales Manager

Location: Houston or Richmond

Compensation: Base of 110k – 145k with 25% bonus

About This Role: As a Process Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the process industries sector. Your focus will be on expanding market share, managing key customer relationships, and working with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and technical solutions. You’ll be leading a small team of sales professionals that are already on board.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • You have a strong technical acumen with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • You are experienced in managing sales through both direct and distribution channels.
  • You have a track record of driving revenue growth and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  • You are skilled in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales forecasting.
  • You excel in relationship-building and have strong communication and leadership skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic business plan for the heat exchanger product line.
  • Managing a team of direct and channel account managers to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilizing data and digital tools to enhance sales efficiency and performance.
  • Driving transformational initiatives that position the company for long-term success.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure product fit and demand planning.
  • Promoting a customer-centric sales culture that fosters long-term business relationships.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives to align with business development goals.
